"Turn It Up" is a song from Paris Hilton's album Paris, written by Jeff Bowden, Dorian Hardnett and Scott Storch. The song was originally issued to be the first single from the album, but was instead replaced with "Stars Are Blind". It was then slated to be released as the second single off the album, but decisions for the release were aborted once again and it was instead issued as a promotional single. However, despite the fact the song is only in promo single format, it was successful as a top ten single on the Hot Dance Singles Sales and the Hot Dance Club Play charts, reaching numbers three and one respectively.
